Meet Vee Jennings

I've decided to do a little something fun here regularly on this blog while the blog was still in makeover mode. One of the things I came up with was to have a special Guest Designer every 2-3 months (more details below). The first Evalicious special guest designer has such a cool style that I was so excited to have her rock some of my products. She uses Tim Holtz's Colorwash like no other. You can check her out more here.

Let's meet Vee...

1. Where are you from? What are some of your vitals?
I am originally from Southern Virginia, from a small town in Halifax County. I am 5"2, lover of big hanbags and long dresses, reality tv junkie and a mother of two.

2. How long have you been scrapbooking?
eight years...wow I can't believe it has been that long!

3. What's your specialty?
I love misting, inking and painting on my layouts and mini books, they don't feel complete without it.

4. Who or what inspires you?
Life, Family, Magazines and of course the Internet!

5. What's your fave colour combo right now?
always, yellow, chartreuse, teal, white, grey and

6. What's your fave Evalicious product?
I love felt sayings, the new fall felt and paper embellishments!

Here are some entries & layouts made by Vee using the Evalicious School Days Vintage Journal and embellishments:

Love how she used some of the pages in the Art Journal as her blank canvas and just made art out of it.

My idea was to give you more ideas of what completed projects look like with Evalicious goodness in it:). I mean you see my samples (and I know you love my style;D) but it'd be nice to see another artist's style/take on my embellishments and kits once in a while right? My plan is to have a Guest Designer be randomly chosen and should he/she choose to accept the challenge then a package of Evalicious goodies would be on its way to his/her door:). Can't wait to share again who and when the next GD will be. xo, eve
