answer: first, a big thank you for placing an order from my shop. second, do you still have the paypal confirmation email that was sent to your paypal email address shortly after you placed the order through my shop? If so, please forward that to me when asking about the status of your order. This helps tremendously and is greatly appreciated! Especially if you placed an order around a busy time (new shop update, Christmas) because I get tens of orders per day and sometimes from names that are similar so it becomes a great ordeal to find yours. If you ordered using your husband's or child's name, please indicate that too (unless you're a regular and we've corresponded lots then there's no need).
Please note: shipping timeframe of 6-12 business days is an estimate only. sometimes it gets there faster but sometimes a bit longer than the 12 days. please try to be patient and wait just a bit longer before sending off an email because 99% of the time, your package will get to you a few days after you've sent me an email. I get enough of these emails to ask this from you because I get a sinking feeling and anxious for you every time I get one (most of the time all for nothing! lol) - so please wait one more week? I've shipped thousands of packages off in the 3 1/2 years since I've opened shop and only a handful has not made it to their owners. Small packages are shipped as regular mail and not insured if something does happen to it. But if it's a bigger item (or you've ordered enough little items), then the post office requires that we wait 30 days before making a claim.
In summary, please wait 30 days from day that item was shipped to let me know that it didn't make it (if you can). It's greatly appreciated:).
Another note: I usually do fly off an email to your when your order ships. Exceptions are around shop update time (just way too many orders and too many things to do for one little person - thanks for understanding). During those times, please check my blog because I make the announcement that your order has been sent in a general blog post.
