She

...totally cracks me up that I had to share-Myelle and her new quilt blankie that my coworker handmade for her. The blankie's got the face of a little girl on it...can you see her little eyes? I love how Myelle's little eyes are peeking out of the blanket also.

She sometimes gets really fussy when she gets put down so now when I need to free my hands for a while, I'd put her in her chair (ah that's throne to her - the way she sometimes lounges on it with her arms all spread out on the side) and I make it a game to put a blankie on her. She'd kick her little legs and wave her little hands and squeal a little with delight when I ask her, "are you ready? ready for your blankieeee??" She'd then grab onto it and in the mouth it goes. So cute!! This would entertain her for a while.

Love how her personality is slowly emerging. Felt like it was never going to happen when we first brought her home and all she did was sleep. Now I wish she would do a little more sleeping. Naps are becoming fewer and fewer as she's starting her teething stage.

I don't know if you have heard anything about amber teething necklaces/bracelets/anklets but I've been hearing a lot about them lately and I think I may give them a shot in the future, after our little girl is born and needs one that is!
