Sweet Valentine | Inspiration

Hi! Rona posting a Valentine's layout for you today, using some awesome Evalicious goodies.  Again, and you probably have heard this from me before, but I LOVE LOVE LOVE the gold puffy stickers. I only put a few on this layout, but the little heart on the cupcake just makes it for me.

Digging through my stamps, I pulled out the Love This Banner Stamp. I stamped it on some dark paper and then added some white embossing powder. I had stamped it three times, to make sure I got a good image, but that really wasn't necessary. It stamped BEAUTIFULLY, nice and crisp. I really think that this is an overlooked stamp, so definitely consider adding it to your cart.

A little trim and some foam tape, and it becomes the perfect little embellishment.

Making New Memories | Inspiration

Hello! This is Rachel here with my very first blog post as part of the new Evalicious Design Team! I’m a big fan of Evalicious’s Puffy Stickers, so I did have a hard time stopping myself from using up a whole pack of puffy stickers on this project. Ha!

Being a crafter who has a strong obsession over Traveler’s Notebook, I made myself a new insert for the new year which is barely 3 weeks away. OMG. Where has all the time gone to? It is a good thing being a memory keeper, at times when our brains couldn't recap on the past moments, we have our albums, journals and notebooks to go to.

This Traveler’s Notebook insert has a kraft paper cover with a dimension of approximately 11cm x 21cm, which many of us identify this as a regular size traveler’s notebook insert. I couldn’t stand how bare and sad-looking it is, therefore I dolled it up with pretty papers, old old storybook pages, paper bag, washi tapes, stamps, mist, puffy stickers, paper clips, ribbon, some machine stitches and called it my own, the one of a kind notebook. Plus, I pulled out a piece of vellum with cute little camper prints on it, laminated it, glued on a piece of wood venner, and VIOLA it turned into a handy page marker for my traveler’s notebook!

Psst.. put your eyes on the back cover. Are you able to spot the secret compartment I created using the red polka dots paper bag? I folded the paper bag into half, trimmed off the bottom sealed portion, punched a semicircle, and there I have another pocket on the inside of my notebook insert. I like to have pockets in my notebook inserts, where I can keep little notes away and have easy access to them.

I had fun altering this notebook insert, and I very much hope that this little project of mine gave you some inspiration to work on your plain and sad-looking notebook (if you have any)!

Everyday Life | Inspiration

Hi there!

It's Laura here with a new project to share today!

There are so many great items in the Evalicious shop for foodies, and since we are a family of foodies, I knew that a food page was a must.  My youngest son is pretty much only a foodie with breakfast, the rest of the day he could take it or leave it... unlike the other members of our family.  Documenting his yearning for lovely big, warm breakfast seemed natural for his album.

I used labels from the Hello 2014 and Everyday snipsnip sets, Everyday snipsnip page tabs, Hello 2014 large tags, Just Us snipsnip large tags, puffy stickers from the Everyday Miscellany set,  Just US set, and Talk to Me set.
An Everyday Miscellany sticker. And badge buttons (flair) from the Just Us set and the Everyday V1 and V2 sets. Stamps from the Smile Journal Prompts set  and My Favourite stamp set. And a Round Arrow paper clip.

 I had so much fun layering up different elements and adding some ink and stitching to the mix.

 I put "my story" front and centre with the photo on one of these fabulous cards.

You & H2O = FUN

Hi there!

It's Laura here sharing a new project with you today!  I used very minimal patterned papers on this page, just this Amy Tangerine paper for my background and a bit of the bar code strip along the bottom of my page.

I chose a few large tags from the Just Us SnipSnip set and began to build my page around them, using one to create my title, along with this large Ampersand stamp, which I love!


I embellished with Just Us SnipSnip labels; badge buttons from the Hello 2014 set and School's In set; puffy stickers from the Hello 2014 Miscellany v1 and v2 sets; Hello 2014 SnipSnip page tabs; an everyday miscellany sticker; and this great camera love clip.
